- Take an iconic boardwalk flavor & Create a new menu:  Sweet, Fried, Cheesey, In a Bun, or on a stick in 60 minutes.

     LOSER TEAM - East & Worst Chef - Jared - his sauce was flat.

SURVIVAL ROUND:  Jared vs. Brooke.

- Jared must outcook Chef Brooke.

- Take another boardwalk classic and re-imagine it in 30 minutes.

JARED'S DISH:  Fried Lobster w/sweet potatoes & Aioli.

        WINNER:  Jared is not Eliminated.

EPISODE #2:  Seafood Shack.                                Still 8 Left.

CAPTAINS HEAD-HEAD CHALLENGE:  Seafood.

- Ultimate Seafood Shack.  Make a handheld fish dish representing your coast.  Buying your fish from the fishermen casting at the pier in 30 minutes.  WIN an Advantage.

GUEST JUDGE:  Sabin Lomac, Co-Founder of Cousin Maine Lobster.

        WINNER: Tiffani, of the East Won the Advantage.

NEXT CHALLENGE:  Create the Ultimate Seafood Feast.  EAST ADVANTAGE:  get an extra $50.00 to buy the seafood.  Brooke gets $200.00 & Tiffani gets $250.00  No Survival Round.  Immediately Elimination.

CHALLENGE:  Independence Day Cookoff.

- Grill the biggest beach burger:  1 Beef Burger, 1 Seafood Burger, 1 Poultry; Burger, 1 Pork Burger, and 1 Veggie Burger.  But this is an Individual Challenge &  can't be Saved by your team in 30 minutes.  While your captains have a challenge among themselves to give the loser an advantage in the Survival Round.

CHALLENGE:  Summer Treats.  Tiffini & Brooke will pick one of their chefs from their team to do the challenge.  Cook a hot and cold sweet duo treat that belongs at the beach Featuring:  Popcorn in 30 minutes and win Immunity.   Tiffani picks - Jada & Brooke picks Kaleena.

ELIMINATION CHALLENGE:  Creating items for a Boardwalk Bake Sale.  Create an elevated version of a classic boardwalk treat.  4 items must be updated.  in 45 minutes.  Must sell the most.

Meet Antonio on a Yacht.  Tiffani has 1 Chef advantage.

GUEST JUDGE:  Ben Robinson.

FIRST CHALLENGE:  All & including the captains will be cooking a meal fit for a luxury yacht.  Creating a decadent, high-end brunch.  Must Use:  Corn Breakfast Cereal, Instant Rice, a can of Black Beans, and Milk Powder in 30 minutes.

         WINNER - West Coast & Going into the Finals.

SURVIVAL ROUNDS:  Romantic dinner for Ben & Antonio with a limited Section from the pantry.  Only use 8 items.

ELIMINATED:  Ben - not romantic for a yacht.

EPISODE #6:  Tropical Paradise.                                   4 Left.

                        THE FINALE

Final Four:  Kaleena, Josh, Jada, & Ed.

FIRST CHALLENGE:  Battle of among their coast.

- Tropical Paradise, Using the flavors of an iconic beverage & turn them into a delicious dish.

East: using Pina Coladas ingredients & West:  using Strawberry Margrita's ingredients in 30 minutes.

Must use all ingredients in all 3 dishes.
